Preparation times

  • Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hoursafter payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery times

  • Belgium & Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 days open.

  • European Union: 4 to 8 business days.

  • International: 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination.

  • France, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €6.99 (offers from €100 purchase).

  • Europe & International: calculated automatically when placing the order.

As soon as it is sent, a tracking link will be sent to you by email so that you can follow the delivery of your package in real time.

🔄 Returns and exchanges

Anahita Collection is committed to shipping high-quality, carefully inspected jewelry. To ensure fair service for all our customers and the smooth operation of our workshop, our return policy is strict and clearly defined.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable distance selling legislation, you have 14 calendar daysfrom the date of receipt of the package to notify us of your intention to return an item. Notification must be made via our online return form.

After notification, you must ship the item(s) within 7 working daysof receiving return authorization.

2. Essential conditions for accepting a return

Any return that does not strictly meet the conditions below will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense:

  • The item must be complete, unworn, undamagedand with all its original components (box, bag, label).

  • No signs of use(odor, makeup, scratches, deformation) should be visible.

  • You must attach recent photos(at least 3)to the return form showing the exact condition of the item before shipment.

  • The return must be made via a tracked and insured parcel; the tracking number is mandatory.

  • Any item returned without prior authorization or without a tracking number will be refused.

3. Strict procedure (mandatory)

  1. Complete the Return Formavailable on the website, indicating the order number, the reason for the return, and uploading the requested photos.

  2. After reviewing your request, we will send you a return authorizationand a return label to affix to the package (and/or shipping instructions). Without authorization, the package may be refused upon delivery.

  3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, affix the label and retain the proof of postage.

  4. Upon receipt, we conduct a detailed inspection. The refund is processed within 5 to 10 business daysafter verification.

4. Fees and deductions

  • Return shipping costsarethe responsibility of the customer.

  • The initial shipping costs are non -refundable.

  • In the event of non-compliance with the conditions (damage, absence of original packaging, odors, signs of use), we reserve the right to:

    • Refuse the refundand return the item to the customer (at the customer's expense), or

    • Proceed with a partial reimbursementafter assessment of the damage (deduction for loss of value).

  • Processing/restocking feesmayapply (e.g., 10% of the item's value) if the item requires special repackaging.

5. Controls & Abuse Prevention

  • Each return file is time-stamped and documented: photos before sending, proof of sending, inspection upon receipt.

  • In the event of recurring anomalies observed with the same customer (multiple abusive returns, returns in poor condition), Anahita Collection reserves the right to restrict or refusefuture orders from that customer.

  • Any attempt at fraud (fraudulent declarations, returns of altered items) may be reported to the competent authorities.

6. Defective items or preparation errors

If you receive a defective itemor if we have made a mistake (wrong product), please contact us immediatelyusing the form, attaching photos and a description. We will arrange for return and reshipment or a full refund, as appropriate.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, after verification of conformity. The stated processing time is 5 to 10 business daysafter receipt and validation of the return.
