Slight variations in color, texture, or shape may exist depending on the materials or screens, without this constituting a defect.

Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
Anahita Collectionreserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

5. Ordering and payment

Average delivery times are 2 to 5 working daysfor Belgium and France.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has 14 daysfrom receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

8. Guarantees

Each piece of jewelry is checked before shipping.
In the event of a defective item or preparation error, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hoursof receipt, attaching photos.
Natural wear and tear, contact with water, shocks or improper handling are not covered by the warranty.

9. Responsibility

Anahita Collectioncannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the jewelry.
Product images and descriptions are not contractual.
